Caroline Williams - Biography

Spiritual Profile: A Believer in God and Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior; dedicated to a life of serving God through actions and deeds to help others be successful spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally with an emphasis on those who are broken in spirit and have not recognized their self worth. I believe my purpose in life is to lift others up through spiritual encouragement, revealing their God given talents, and through spiritually led, unconditional love. My purpose is to serve others and lead them to Christ and a life of fulfilling God’s purpose for their life.

Professional Profile: Currently Vice President, Distribution Power Delivery for Westar Energy, Inc., the largest electric utility in the state of Kansas. I started with the utility in June 1975, as a junior clerk. By the Grace of God, I worked my way up through the organization and was named Vice President in May 2000. My professional journey was one of many trials and tribulations but I praise God for the opportunities and I pray that my journey may bring hope and inspiration to others. I am in this position to glorify God.

Educational Profile: Master of Science Degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources. Both degrees are from Friends University, Wichita, Kansas.

Personal Profile: Married to L. W. Williams, Jr. We have three adult children, Mario, Marla, and Mariess.
